For private land owners, we can prepare standing timber appraisals, logging profitability reports, logging operational plans, and set up your small specialized logging operation using local contractors to maximize your returns and minimize your impact on your site. We will ensure your logs get used for their highest value, maximizing your harvest returns.
This process includes setting up your timber mark for log transportation, setting up a contract with your log purchaser, and other legal requirements that would need to be addressed prior to the commencement of operations. We can set up re‐planting or site prep, or help you with your future landuse plans. For larger areas, tree harvesting can planned for multiple entries over an established period of time, allowing for sustainable long term timber harvesting.
